We just have a group of two!
Our Basic Double Room works best for you! This room is on the ground floor, has garden space/patio access, one queen bed, mini fridge, flat screen tv, coffee maker, shower amenities/toiletries, fresh linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and free wifi.
We have a group of three to eight!
Our Standard Room Garden View sleeps a group of seven! This room is on the second floor, has two queen beds, one queen sleeper sofa, one twin bed, one full bathroom, one mini fridge, flat screen tv, coffee maker, shower amenities/toiletries, fresh linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and free wifi.
Our Standard Room Balcony Access sleeps a group of eight! This room is on the second floor, has two queen beds, two queen sleeper sofas, one full bathroom, one mini fridge, flat screen tv, coffee maker, shower amenities/toiletries, fresh linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and free wifi. This room shares a large balcony overlooking Perry’s Monument, Lake Erie, and Downtown Put-in-Bay with one other room.
Our Standard Two Bedroom Apartment Balcony Access sleeps a group of eight! This suite has two bedrooms, two queen beds, two sleeper sofas in the living area, one full bath mini fridge, flat screen tv, coffee maker, shower amenities/toiletries, fresh linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and free wifi. This room shares a large balcony overlooking Perry’s Monument, Lake Erie and Downtown Put-in-Bay with one other room.

Our Standard Apartment Two Bedroom sleeps ten! This apartment is on the second floor, has two bedrooms, four queen beds, one full bathroom, one mini fridge, flat screen tv, coffee maker, shower amenities/toiletries, fresh linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and free wifi.
Our Elite Suite sleeps a group of ten! This suite is on the first floor and closest to Margaritas on the Rock, our on property restaurant and margarita bar. This suite has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, three queen beds, two queen sleeper sofas, three flat screen tv’s, one mini fridge, coffee maker, shower amenities/toiletries, fresh linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and free wifi. This room has direct access to the patio/garden area.
Our Junior Suite Sleeps groups of ten! This room is on the ground floor, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, three queen beds in one room, two queen sleeper sofas in the living area, two flat screen tv’s, mini fridge, coffee maker, shower amenities/toiletries, fresh linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and free wifi. This suite has the most convenient parking and views of Lake Erie’s shore.
We have an even bigger group!
Our Deluxe Suite sleeps groups up to twelve! The entrance to this suite is on the ground floor, one sleeping area is upstairs. This suite has two bedrooms, one is a loft style room with vaulted ceilings, two and a half full bathrooms, two flat screen tv’s, four queen beds, two queen sleeper sofas, one mini fridge, flat screen tv, coffee maker, shower amenities/toiletries, fresh linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and free wifi. This suite has access to the garden/patio area and has a great living room for gatherings!
Our Comfort Suite sleeps groups up to thirteen! The entrance to this suite is on the ground floor, one sleeping area is upstairs.
